CHATEAU ELYSEE CONDOMINIUM in Parañaque City
FYI about Chateau Elysee Condominium in Parañaque…
This condo is only full of “good” publicity…
I stayed here for a month and I didn’t like it at all…
1. Poor security outsiders were able to enter the condo premises.. pfff…
2. NO coordination between the admin and the sales office
…imagine, MY things were held in the lobby while we were leaving…
-computer (as if the units had computers there)
-my clothes
-my e.fan
-and my cleaning items (FYI: there was no broom in our unit)
super embarrassing…
it’s all just because the sales office didn’t provide all the needed documents during our stay and the admin had changed their rules regarding short-term tenants — which they failed to inform the impotent people in the sales office)
3. Once they get your payment, your on your own
they will not assist you with anything else…
AS IN! (pagpapasa-pasahan ka lng… mga impakto’t impakta!)
4. Imaginary gym
(yeah it’s there, you paid for it e…
BUT you cannot use it… pfff)
5. And the security deposit took me 3 weeks to get…
minus bills which I wanted to question but I found useless…
(laundry ng mga kumot at kurtina… AMIN pa rn????!! kaloka…!!!
and UNIT CLEANING???? e andumi-dumi ng unit nla…
bumili pa ako ng PANLINIS kasi WALA NGANG WALIS and DUSTPAN !!! tas my kung anu-ano pang ka-ek-ekan!!!! )
HAAAAAAAAAAAAY….
I just wanted to stop whatever connection / communication I had with them…
it was really dismaying…
and I am not afraid to say this…
I regret my stay in this God forsaken place…
